This is the Teraflex transfer case Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) kit. It has a new output shaft, rear housing and fixed yoke along with several e-clips to set everything in place.
This is the ARB Dana 44 rear differential cover. It is very heavy duty and has the added feature of a dip stick and a drain plug.
